Philosophy

At Little Foxes Child Care, we believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, respected, and valued. Our goal is to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child can grow at their own pace, build meaningful relationships, explore their world, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Through play-based experiences, hands-on activities, and intentional teaching, we support each child's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development while celebrating what makes them unique. We believe families are an important part of a child's success, and we strive to build strong, trusting partnerships with parents and caregivers.

Above all, we want every child and family who walks through our doors to feel that they are not simply enrolled at Little Foxes—they are part of our family.

Health & Safety

At Little Foxes, the health and safety of every child in our care is our highest priority. We work hard to maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow with confidence. Our classrooms and facility are maintained with children's safety and development in mind, and we follow Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements and established health and safety practices.

Our teachers and caregivers are trained in important areas including CPR, AED, First Aid, SIDS prevention, and Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention, with additional training and professional development completed as required. Staff are also carefully trained in supervision, emergency procedures, safe sleep practices, sanitation, and age-appropriate care.

We believe keeping children safe goes beyond following rules—it means being present, attentive, prepared, and intentional in everything we do. Families can feel confident knowing their children are cared for by a team that takes their health, safety, and well-being seriously every day.
