🎨 ART & CREATIVITY
Art gives children a chance to express themselves, explore their creativity, and turn their ideas into something of their own. Our children experience a variety of art materials and techniques, including painting, drawing, coloring, gluing, stamping, crafting, and process art.
Our weekly themes often inspire our art experiences, giving children opportunities to explore familiar ideas in new and creative ways. Along the way, children are developing fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, decision-making, confidence, and the freedom to express themselves.

🫧 SENSORY PLAY
Sensory play invites children to learn through touch, sight, sound, movement, and exploration. Our teachers create engaging sensory experiences using a variety of materials and textures, often inspired by our weekly themes.
Whether children are scooping, pouring, squishing, sorting, digging, mixing, or simply discovering something new, sensory play encourages curiosity while supporting fine-motor development, problem-solving, language, independence, and imaginative play.
🎵 MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Music and movement are an important part of learning at Little Foxes! Children have opportunities to sing, dance, listen to music, play simple instruments, move their bodies, and participate in songs and movement games.
These experiences encourage self-expression while supporting language development, coordination, rhythm, balance, gross-motor skills, and social-emotional development. Most importantly, music and movement give children another fun way to connect, participate, and learn together.
It's more than a craft. It's learning through doing.
Every activity at Little Foxes has an opportunity for growth—from strengthening little fingers while creating art, to developing language during sensory play, to building confidence through music and movement. We believe learning should feel exciting, meaningful, and fun.
